Dr. Vernig contributes scientific papers and general interest articles to major publications. He has engaged in research collaborations with large and small academic institutions and private organization and learning groups which seek to expand scientific understanding of mental illness and substance use. He also advocates for expanded access to life-sustaining behavioral healthcare through telehealth and increased availability of services.
